Ground Staff and Shunting

The people who shunt our trains and organise our depot/yard movements are Operations Supervisors (OSs). OSs are part of ROG’s management team who, on occasions, undertake other managerial responsibilities. This dynamic role is rewarded with a salary of £27k p/a.

For us this role is a perfect stepping stone for the right candidate who wants to become one of our Operations Managers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated to learn new things and become involved in new and exciting projects, be willing to respond real-time to changes to our train plans, undertake certain managerial duties, take responsibility for the real-time engagement with customers and become a true ambassador for one of the most respected and professional companies in the UK rail industry.

If you believe you have what it takes to undertake this role, we need to hear from you.
