Current Vacancies 

Diagram & Roster Manager - Derby

An enthusiastic and self-motivated individual is sought to lead ROG’s planning and deployment of Manpower and Resources.

The successful applicant must be a good communicator and ideally have experience in train crew rostering. The role is based in our Derby HQ and forms the link between the Commercial/Short Term Planning Teams and Operational Delivery. The role is full-time and attracts an excellent remuneration package, complete with company pension scheme and private health insurance

Operations Standards Manager - Derby

This Derby HQ based full-time position is a very different role from the traditional Operational Standards Management norm. The successful applicant must have experience in a wide range of operational skills encompassing computer-based CMS and route retention systems, operational risk reduction, CSM principles, technical authorship and procedure management. Working alongside our SQE Manager this post is instrumental in keeping ROG at the absolute forefront of operational risk management and control both on and off the national network. The role is full-time and attracts an excellent remuneration package, complete with company pension scheme and private health insurance.
